Job Description:

  • ">
  • As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our interior design projects.">
  • You will lead and manage a team of designers to ensure that they are meeting their productivity and work output targets.">
  • You will also be responsible for managing the designing of 12 to 15 projects month-on-month and ensuring the work output of a team of 6 to 10 designers.">
  • Additionally, you will drive customer experience and relationship management, and ensure output on design Net Promoter Survey (customer rating).">
  • Furthermore, you will train designers on technical details and manage/lead design discussions.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • 3+ years of relevant experience as an Interior Designer/Project Manager">
  • Led and delivered minimum 10 Residential/Interior projects (end-to-end project management)">
  • B.Arch, B or equivalent degree in Interior Design">
  • Masters/Specialization in Interior Design, Construction Planning Management, MBA, or Design Management">
