  • This is a key member position within the Government Solutions team in Executive Education (EE) department. The role plays an important part and requires close coordination with the Associate Director – EE, Government practice.">

The job holder will be responsible for leading revenue and pipeline generation from key public sector accounts/territory and driving business growth with individual sales targets. They must manage client relationships from end-to-end as part of the sales process.

  3. Manage client relationships from end-to-end.">
  4. Research new market opportunities and clients.">
  5. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other methods.">
  6. Have an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.">
  7. Prepare approach notes and proposal documents.">
  8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders on all their queries.">
  9. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.">
  10. Manage diagnostic studies and support the sales process when required.">

The job holder will also assist in programme planning and execution, adjusting project plans and implementing remedial plans as required. This includes:

  • Qualification: Master's degree in business administration or education or a related discipline.">
  • Technical skills: Experience in curriculum design and blended learning, MS Office, especially Excel.">
  • Behavioral skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, analytical and diagnostic skills, good questioning, probing, and listening skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, multi-tasking ability with superior time management skills.">
  • Job interface: Internal - within department and other departments in ISB; External - with internal and external partners and vendors for faster delivery or execution.">

  • Contacting potential clients to establish network, arrange meetings and support in customer outreach – lead generation and customer outreach - 30%">
  • Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and for all client-related engagements - 20%">
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders on all their Program Management and business development related queries - 10%">
  • Database and knowledge creation and management - 10%">

This role requires willingness and flexibility to travel and take up sales responsibility, good communication skills - written and verbal, strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and comfortable with multitasking – job might require working over extended hours on select days.
