As a senior business professional, you will be responsible for managing relationships with external partners across various industries. This role involves developing strong connections with consultants, architects, government departments, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.

  • Negotiate and discuss technical and commercial aspects with clients/consultants to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Lead product presentations, seminars, and training sessions for consultants/clients to promote products and services.

  • Manage the entire process of tendering, including bid clarifications and analysis of competitive product offerings.

  • Conduct factory visits to provide consulting support to clients/end users on specifications, standards, and compliance.

  • Develop business strategies to attract new customers and expand existing relationships.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

  • Collaborate closely with sales personnel to achieve business objectives and exceed targets.
