Job Title:

Client Servicing Director

  • A high-level professional responsible for overseeing the client servicing function and leading a team of servicing professionals.
About the Role:

The Client Servicing Director will play a critical role in driving strategic account growth, building long-term client relationships, and ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. This individual will also oversee the execution of campaigns and work closely with creative, strategy, and digital teams to deliver effective communication solutions.

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor a team of servicing professionals to achieve high performance and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define business plans and account strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage large accounts and multi-industry clients.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  3. Drive revenue growth through new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling existing clients.
Requirements:
  • 6–10 years of experience in client servicing/account management.
  • Strong relationship-building and leadership skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
