We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Senior Executive – HRBP POD Operations. This is an exciting opportunity to drive employee experience and contribute to an impactful HR function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee workforce operations, including attendance management, attrition control, and engagement strategies
  • Promote a positive employee experience and address grievances in a fair and timely manner
  • Support recruitment processes, onboarding initiatives, and exit procedures to ensure seamless transitions
  • Address payroll and incentive queries to provide clarity and support to employees
  • Share key findings and insights with stakeholders to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management (HRM)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in blue-collar manpower management, with a strong focus on employee engagement and retention
  • Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to analyze data and present findings
