Strategic HR Leader Wanted

We are looking for a skilled HR professional to join our team as a Strategic HR Leader.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR expert to lead and manage all aspects of Human Resources, including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Reward and Recognition.
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing guidance to employees on HR-related matters.
  • Your expertise in Employment Law, HR policy, best practice, and workforce development will help drive business success and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide reports on all areas of HR, Payroll and Learning and Development, including the application of Employment Law, HR policy, best practice and workforce development.
  • Ensure that we comply with current regulations, accepted professional standards, policies and procedures and legislation.
  • Manage the execution of the HR Strategy and core areas of the HR department.
  • Execute a plan for diversity, equality, and inclusion that aligns with our company values, business strategy and commitments.
  • Regularly coach, mentor and support senior and high potential colleagues to identify individual strengths and development needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, MBA or PGD-HR preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in leading and managing HR teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and industry trends.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
