Job Title: Strategic HR Manager

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our organization as a Strategic HR Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and be able to drive business results through effective people management.

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR professional who can lead the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • You will be responsible for managing employee relations, providing guidance on employment law, and developing policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • In addition, you will contribute to the design and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in conducting performance appraisals, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, including performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and training history.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to senior leadership to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall well-being.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address areas for process improvement.
  • Manage budgets and oversee expenditures related to HR functions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an HR executive or generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity laws and labor laws.
  • Experience with HRMS systems, payroll software, and timekeeping systems.
  • Expertise in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for internal and external stakeholders.
