We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts across India.
Experience: 0 – 3 Years
Educational Qualification: MBA with Diploma / B.E. Mechanical (preferable)
Skills:
- Consultative Sales and Business Development of CAD/CAM/CAE Software or Engineering Services
- Managing Key Accounts and Handling Complete Sales Cycles Involving Multiple Stakeholders
- Developing Sales Pipelines and Expanding into New Territories
- Identifying and Acquiring New Clients (MNCs, Leading Companies, Institutes)

Job Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the company's business in the allocated region
- Drive consultative sales and business development of CAD/CAM/CAE Software or Engineering Services
- Manage key accounts and handle complete sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Develop sales pipeline and expand into new territories
- Identify and acquire new clients (MNCs, leading companies, institutes)
- Coordinate sales operations with internal teams (project delivery, procurement, order fulfillment, payments)
- Research new technologies, attend exhibitions, and build partnerships within the CAD/CAE community
