
Regional Category Expert

The Regional Category Expert plays a pivotal role in driving LEAD's mission of delivering excellent education to every child by leading school acquisition and partnership efforts across the region. This role ensures the successful onboarding of new schools, fosters strong relationships with school leaders, and supports implementation of LEAD's solutions to maximize student learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive the expansion of the LEAD IIT - JEE/NEET Test Prep by acquiring and onboarding new school partnerships, ensuring alignment with LEAD's mission.
- Act as the single point of contact for partner schools, building strong relationships based on understanding of parent aspirations, school owner needs, and market dynamics.
- Support school growth through parent engagement initiatives, admission programs, and regional brand-building efforts.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with LEAD's goals, ensuring smooth transition to the Key Account team.
- Drive timely collections, monitor key performance metrics, and communicate progress regularly to stakeholders.

Ideal Experience Profile :
- 8-10 years in new client acquisition with 2 - 4 years in team leadership roles.
- Significant experience in pan-India Sales solution delivery and successful leadership of large volume, high quality sales engagement is required
- Excellent in skills like new client acquisition, negotiation and closing the deal.
- Ready to travel across the given Territory / Zone
