Job Title: Corporate Account Manager
A corporate account manager plays a pivotal role in driving the sales of life insurance business through bank customers at assigned locations. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills to provide exceptional support to customers and achieve set targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance: Drive wallet share in allocated bank branches with a focus on product mix, achieving pre-set business targets on ANP, case count, active branch, active sales staff, and various KPIs for designated branches.
- Business Implementation Plan: Work jointly with the Branch Manager to develop and implement a business plan that meets organizational objectives.
- Staff Motivation and Support: Motivate and support branch staff, along with Bank RM, to ensure effective application logging and authentic documentation.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with the Bank Sales/operations team to ensure business targets and productivity targets are met effectively.
- Customer Interaction: Prospect and meet customers within and outside the Branch as required, developing short-term and long-term plans to achieve sales targets.
- RM Activation Targets: Achieve branch RM activation targets and work collectively with Bank Sales/operations team to conduct joint sales calls as a team.
- Channel Partner Management: Manage relationships between internal teams and channel partners to foster sales for the company and maintain responsiveness to requirements from the Channel Partner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Product/Subject Matter Expertise: Possess expertise in products and services offered by the organization.
- Business Perspective & Planning: Demonstrate ability to think strategically and develop business plans.
- Finance/Insurance Industry Awareness: Have knowledge of the finance and insurance industry, including trends and developments.
- Self-Management: Possess strong self-management skills, including time management and goal setting.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
- Peer-Level Coordination and Influencing Skills: Ability to coordinate with peers and influence others to achieve shared goals.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
