
Business Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager-Distribution Sales Channel to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities- Servicing and After-Sales Support
- Ensure timely and effective servicing of client needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- New Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with existing and new clients to drive sales growth and increase market share.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation
- Develop and implement effective prospecting strategies to identify potential clients and generate new leads.
- Sales Reporting and Target Achievement
- Provide regular sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement, and work towards achieving set sales targets.
- Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis
- Gather and analyze market intelligence, identifying trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
- AUM and Revenue Targets
- Contribute to the achievement of AUM and revenue targets through effective sales and relationship management practices.
- MIS Reporting and Market Intelligence
- Prepare and present regular MIS reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and market trends.
- Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or MBA from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in the mutual fund industry.
- NISM certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
