  • Lead efforts to resolve critical challenges while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • Exhibit calm and effective leadership in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues under pressure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">
  • 5+ years of experience as a full stack developer, preferably with C#.NET, REST APIs, and TypeScript frameworks such as Angular and React.
  • 3+ years of experience with SQL (MSSQL/Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL, etc).
  • 2+ years with observability systems (e.g., Dynatrace, Grafana, Coralogix).
  • Over 3 years of managerial experience in leading customer-facing product development essential.
  • Experience with messaging queues or streams such as RabbitMQ, SQS, or Kafka.
  • Broad knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and design patterns.
  • Familiarity with engineering best practices (unit tests, code reviews, test coverage, agile methodologies).
  • Strong team player with a passion for managing and nurturing talent.

  • Familiarity with Kubernetes.
  • Practical experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
  • Experience mentoring new hires and interns, fostering a culture of collaboration and best practices.
