- Product Development Oversight
- Manage the complete product lifecycle from ideation and prototyping to development, testing, and launch.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment and successful product execution.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers and analysts, promoting innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Financial & Performance Accountability
- Own product P&L, define KPIs, and monitor product performance to ensure measurable business impact and ROI.
- Process Optimization
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices in product development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
- Strategic Leadership
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in product management or related field.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Able to think strategically and drive business growth.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
