Role Description
This is a full-time Senior Product Manager role, located on-site in Gurgaon. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of product strategies, leading cross-functional teams, defining product requirements, and ensuring successful product launches. Daily tasks include conducting market research, communicating product vision, prioritizing product features, and collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customers' needs.
Qualifications
- Product Management, Product Strategy, and Product Development skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Customer Insights skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing
- Ability to develop and implement go-to-market strategies
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus
- Previous experience in a product management role, preferably in a startup environment
