JD Senior Product Manager (CPaaS) – Airtel IQ

Airtel product team is building the next wave of digital products to meet customers' needs. We are investing heavily in our platform and extensibility solutions that will grow our business and build a synergistic ecosystem that includes customers, partners, and us. As a team, we pride ourselves in reinventing customer experiences by analyzing their pain points, and value progress over busy activity.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, and hands-on product managers for our cloud communications platform - Airtel IQ. If you are a product manager with a passion for customer excellence, a knack for building platforms, and looking for a fun job that expands your stellar career, this position has relevant challenges to help you achieve your objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Independently set the product vision and strategy with measurable outcomes 2. Identify team combinations that optimize the delivery of projects

  2. Work with cross-functional teams that include sales, marketing, finance, and legal to launch products with high velocity and refine products based on customer feedback

  3. Drive clarity on highly complex and ambiguous projects

Qualifications:

6+ years of product management experience.

Defining and Identifying Product Strategy

Experience in designing workflows and automating them is a plus

Technical skills sufficient enough to understand complexity without developer inputs and work with developers/architects to make the right technical trade-offs Strong communication skills and ability to refine messages based on the audience Track record of launching multiple products with high velocity
