The role of HR Manager is a pivotal position within our organisation, requiring an individual who can lead human resource operations with a strong focus on recruitment, compliance, employee engagement and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include managing the full-cycle recruitment process, building a robust candidate pipeline through various platforms, partnering with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, maintaining recruitment trackers and ensuring timely communication with candidates.

Additionally, this role involves drafting, updating and maintaining employee contracts in compliance with UK employment laws, handling queries related to HR policies, implementing and monitoring a streamlined timesheet submission process and coordinating with the finance team to ensure timely salary disbursals.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field, along with minimum 3 years of HR experience preferably within a startup, consultancy or remote-first organisation.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment are essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience working with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace and HR software or trackers, and the ability to work independently and maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred qualifications include graduation in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools, strong command of English communication, experience handling remote and cross-border teams, exposure to payroll, contractor invoicing and freelance agreements, and familiarity with HR analytics and reporting.
