Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Service CRM Department, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers visiting the service center
  • Maintain customer records and update them in the CRM system
  • Make service reminder calls, follow-up calls, and post-service feedback calls
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries related to service bookings, status updates, and billing
  • Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and CRM managers to resolve customer concerns
  • Educate customers on service standards, quality control processes, and service offerings

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 0-2 years of experience in customer service, CRM, and automobile service industry preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language
  • Good telephone etiquette, active listening, and customer handling ability
  • Basic computer knowledge, MS Office, and CRM tools
