Role Overview

The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) in the Service/CRM Department will act as a bridge between customers and the workshop team. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, timely communication, complaint handling, and ensuring service quality standards as per Hyundai guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers visiting the service center.

Maintain customer records and update them in the CRM system.

Make service reminder calls, follow-up calls, and post-service feedback calls.

Handle inbound customer inquiries related to service bookings, status updates, and billing.

Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and CRM managers to resolve customer concerns.

Escalate unresolved issues to the CRM Manager/Service Manager for quick resolution.

Ensure timely communication of service progress, delivery timelines, and customer updates.

Monitor and work towards improving CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and Hyundai CRM scores.

Support customer retention programs, loyalty activities, and special service campaigns.

Maintain professional behavior, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.

0–2 years of experience in customer service / CRM (automobile service industry preferred).

Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language.

Good telephone etiquette, active listening, and customer handling ability.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Pleasant personality, empathetic approach, and problem-solving attitude.
