**Job Title:** Lab Technician – Non-Ferrous Metallurgy

**Location:** Near Vapi, Gujarat

**Industry:** Non-Ferrous Metal (Greenfield Project)

**Start Date:** 01 November 2025

**Qualification:**

* B.Sc. in Chemistry / Diploma in Industrial Chemistry

* 3–4 years of experience in non-ferrous metallurgical testing

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct quality and process control tests across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.

* Perform sample collection, preparation, testing, and analysis of mechanical, chemical, and electrical properties.

* Maintain accurate laboratory records, documentation, and sample traceability.

* Test and analyze water, effluents, and waste products; ensure proper waste disposal per guidelines.

* Coordinate with the production team and customers on quality parameters and feedback.

* Develop and implement SOPs for lab equipment, ensure calibration and maintenance as per OEM standards.

* Participate in internal and external audits (ISO, BIS, etc.) and maintain stock of lab consumables.

**Preferred Skills:**

* Hands-on experience with UTM, Optical Emission Spectrometer, Oxygen Analyzer, Kelvin Double Bridge, and Surface Oxide Tester.

* Willingness to work in shifts.
