As a key member of our team, the Business Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to increase business growth. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance, analyzing market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry. A strong network of contacts within the community will also be built and maintained.
Job Requirements:- Proven experience in relationship management, sales, or customer service roles is essential.
- A strong knowledge of the BFSI industry, particularly in used car sales or related areas, is required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are necessary.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals is crucial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth are highly valued.
- Familiarity with financial products and services is an added advantage.
