Purchasing Manager Job Opportunity">

As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials. Your expertise in purchasing will be instrumental in driving business growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in purchasing and be proficient in real estate management software and tools. They will also possess a strong understanding of property market dynamics, valuation, and laws.

Responsibilities:

• Identify alternative/new products in the market, undertake cost-benefit analysis, and present to management for approval.

• Handle end-to-end procurement of assigned materials, ensuring timely delivery and payment to suppliers.

• Optimize inventory by optimizing lot size and reducing delivery lead time.

• Build relationships with vendors by researching their performance and undertaking joint improvement projects.

• Coordinate with all sites, conduct regular site visits, and establish strong networking within and outside the organization.

Requirements:

• Expertise in construction materials.

• Experience in high-rise buildings (a plus).

• Enhance product/service value, make annual rate contracts, obtain alternate products/vendors, or substitute OEM's.

• Develop effective negotiation and presentation skills for successful coordination with all sites.

• A research-oriented job that requires continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
