Job Title: Store Operations Manager

">Job Overview">

The Store Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the store's daily operations, ensuring timely availability of materials, and maintaining a well-organized store environment.

">Key Responsibilities">
  1. ">
  2. Oversee daily store operations, including inward, outward, and storage of all materials.">
  3. Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely entries of all transactions in the ERP or Excel system.">
  4. Implement and monitor proper material handling, storage, and issuance procedures to minimize waste and optimize inventory levels.">
  5. Maintain physical stock verification records and conduct regular stock verifications to ensure accuracy.">
  6. Coordinate with the Purchase team for material receipts and the Dispatch team for timely deliveries.">
  7. Raise requisitions for low stock level materials and ensure timely delivery to maintain optimal inventory levels.">
  8. Handle vendor material returns and coordinate for replacement credit according to company policy.">
  9. Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports with management Directors to inform strategic decisions.">
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies, housekeeping, and safety standards in the store to maintain a safe working environment.">
  11. Supervise and guide store staff, ensuring accountability and adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).">
  12. Support management in audits, cost control, and process improvement initiatives to drive business growth.
">Required Skills and Qualifications">

  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and store operations principles.">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or ERP/inventory software.">
  • Knowledge of industrial products, such as flanges, bolts, nuts, hinges, etc.">
  • Leadership and people management skills to motivate and direct store staff.">
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational ability to maintain high-quality work standards.">
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively interact with internal stakeholders.

  • 5-7 years of experience in store inventory management in a manufacturing or trading firm.">
  • Experience in handling industrial products preferred.">
  • Graduate degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
