Job Title: Store Executive

The primary function of this role is to oversee the day-to-day operations of a store, ensuring that all aspects of material management are well-executed.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze daily reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Procure samples, pack, and courier them with proper documentation and communication to sales persons.
  • Regularly monitor material management and overall material stores, listing requirements to maintain minimum stock value, and conduct quarterly audits of material inventory.
  • Maintain physical stock records of various materials, verifying system data on RM, FG, WIP, packing utility items, and PPEs.
  • Manage return and rejected stocks by communicating with concerned teams (production, sales).
  • Maintain MIS reports, including electricity readings and headcounts of manpower.
  • Oversee all types of packing material trials as per dimensions required.
  • Supervise inward and outward materials with checklists and maintain data in the system.
  • Responsible for proper packing methods for trial samples before dispatching to customers.
  • Arrange transportation for the Dispatch Team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
  • Able to collaborate with sales and marketing teams, providing clear technical recommendations.
  • Comfortable presenting at industry events and conferences.
  • Any graduation degree.
