Job Title: Senior Partner Client Relations

Role Overview:

The primary responsibility of this role is to acquire and engage with institutional clients, including corporates, SMEs, banks, and other financial institutions. The role involves managing client portfolios, providing market and product updates, and making informed recommendations to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition and Retention: Identify and acquire new customers, execute monthly sales plans, and maintain regular contact with clients.
  2. Client Engagement and Penetration: Ensure complete client penetration for business sourced, increase share of wallet and revenues, and conduct joint calls with the research team for portfolio reviews.
  3. Achieving Profitability and Fee Income: Maintain sales volumes, achieve targeted revenue from all clients and products, and engage in cross-selling initiatives to meet fee income targets.
  4. Customer Satisfaction Initiatives: Follow ethical practices in selling products, ensure client promises are kept, and grievances are addressed promptly.
  5. Policy Adherence and Documentation: Ensure compliance with all critical policies and procedures, monitor client profiles, and ensure thorough documentation related to proposals and KYC procedures.
  6. Coordination and Reporting: Coordinate with market intermediaries for smooth transactions, prepare periodic MIS, and track competitor activities.
