**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced executive to manage and grow our client relationships, develop strategic solutions, and deliver exceptional client experiences. As a Strategic Client Growth Manager, you'll be responsible for managing client meetings, presentations, and negotiations. You'll also analyze client feedback, develop action plans to improve service quality, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Manage and grow existing client relationships through exceptional service and strategic guidance
- Develop and implement client servicing strategies to meet business objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Analyze client feedback and develop action plans to improve service quality
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to pitch development
- Manage client budgets, timelines, and project deliverables

**Requirements**

- 2 years of experience in client servicing/account management
- Proven track record of growth and excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Bachelors degree in Marketing/Communications
