Business Development Manager

Hiring Trendz Placement Services is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue as a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) in the insurance industry.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients, building relationships, and presenting value propositions that meet their unique needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to develop competitive pricing strategies and customized insurance solutions for clients, ensuring we stay ahead of the competition.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs, informing our business development strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Industry Engagement: Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and establish connections with key stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and partnerships.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close business deals, including contract agreements, to secure new partnerships with insurance providers, brokers, and other relevant entities, driving revenue growth and expansion.
