Drive market analysis and client engagement in the BFSI sector to identify business opportunities and industry trends.Develop and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders in the client's organization, overseeing the development, delivery, and management of client relationships and P&Ls.Stay updated on the latest advancements in technology relevant to banking and NBFCs, with a focus on lending solutions, to provide strategic guidance to the team.Forge strategic partnerships with industry influencers, associations, and key players to enhance business opportunities and expand New Street Technologies' presence in the market.Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and work closely with internal and external teams to ensure alignment with business priorities and deliverables.Contribute to proposal preparation, RFP completion, and other sales activities to drive revenue growth and business development.Promote New Street Technologies as a leading provider of technology solutions for lending in the financial sector through effective marketing strategies and industry partnerships.Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in handling large client engagements in the BFSI Tech industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
- Leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and drive execution, with a strong focus on execution capabilities and timelines.
- Ability to identify profitable business opportunities within existing clients, with a deep understanding of market trends, competitors, and client behavior.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to maintain strong client relationships and establish industry partnerships.
