
Strategic Partnership Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Partner Operations Specialist to join our team.
">Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of partner ecosystems and experience in sales operations, partner management, or channel programs. They will be responsible for maintaining and updating the list of active certifications, tracking progress toward certification goals, and supporting team members in achieving requirements.
">Additionally, the successful candidate will manage and triage help desk requests, coordinate L2 and L3 escalations, deliver accurate and timely reporting on Partner Center metrics, and provide actionable insights to the partnership team.
">The Partner Operations Specialist will also facilitate co-sell vs. partner-led motions, ensure offer attachment to protect performance metrics, identify opportunities eligible for PAL or POR attribution, and ensure accurate attribution once requirements are met.
">Supporting preparation and execution of QBRs and EBCs is also a key responsibility. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, strong organizational and project management skills, and a detail-oriented mindset with a data-driven approach.
