We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader to lead our calling team in Noida, India for a leading Finance company.
The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in a similar role and be responsible for driving performance and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of callers to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct training and onboarding for new team members.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to improve productivity.
- Develop and implement effective calling strategies to enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Prepare reports on team performance and suggest improvements to management.
- 1-5 years of experience in a calling or telemarketing role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on performance metrics.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer objections effectively.
