We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone and electronic channels.

  • Answering phone calls in English with a nice, controlled voice, based on priority established by the team leader.
  • Communicating effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Sensing other people's emotions and providing answers or support based on their needs.
  • Having a high-level tolerance without losing temper or being irritated by daily situations.
  • Adapting to changing scenarios regarding ways of working.
  • Focusing on customers' needs and providing solutions beyond simply hearing their words.
  • Receiving and placing customer orders for in-scope products/services.
  • Providing customer service through electronic channels.
  • Projecting a positive image of the company and brand.
  • Implementing changes using creativity and focus on process improvement.
  • Documented accurately all customer interactions and having a good understanding of the entire process.
  • Using time effectively and prioritizing daily tasks.
  • Sharing relevant knowledge obtained through customer interactions with team members.
  • Attending training sessions.
  • Arranging flexible working schedules with colleagues according to business needs.
Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and services offered.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Fluent English language skills (B2 level).
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
