About the Position

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Assistant located in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the HR team to ensure seamless integration of all HR systems and processes.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Assist with benefits administration, ensuring timely and compliant processing
  • Manage HRIS, ensuring effective integration with other systems
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations
Requirements
  • Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Knowledge of Benefits Administration
  • Skills in organizing and coordinating Training sessions
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
