Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in handling administrative tasks, and have a strong ability to multitask.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and other communications
  • Manage filing systems and maintain accurate records
  • Record information as needed and update paperwork accordingly
  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
  • Assist with organizing office common areas and maintaining a clean workspace
  • Perform general office clerk duties and errands as assigned
  • Organize travel arrangements and book accommodations as required
  • Coordinate events and meetings as necessary
  • Maintain supply inventory and ensure adequate stock levels
  • Troubleshoot office equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support as needed

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
