Business Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Coordinator to handle various tasks related to Sales & Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in generating leads for the business.
  • Manage inquiries from diverse platforms such as Website, IndiaMart, Trade India, Telephonic, and social media.
  • Keep track of inquiries received and follow-up status.
  • Communicate proficiently in English over email and phone.
  • Possess basic knowledge and understanding of beauty & personal care product manufacturing.
  • Conduct internet research for product and market details; compile reports as instructed by the Department Head.
  • Assist Business Development Executive in preparing product and packaging samples, maintain a track of samples provided, and update recipients about courier details.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the efficient and timely processing of client orders.
  • Maintain various documents and excel sheets as instructed by the Team Leader or department head.
Requirements:
  • Graduate in marketing, sales, pharmacy. Graduates from other streams with required skills may apply.
  • BASIC UNDERSTANDING OF COSMETICS PRODUCT MANUFACTURING AND PACKAGING.
  • Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
  • Competency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills on email and phone.
  • Ability to take follow-ups and complete tasks on time.
