Roles and Responsibilities Handle walk-in inquiries and provide initial information about student visa services Record and maintain accurate data for all walk-in clients Serve as the primary point of contact for walk-in clients ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere Direct clients to appropriate counselors based on their individual needs Provide general administrative support including document scanning and coordinating courier services Conduct follow-up calls with walk-in clients and IELTS students recording interactions accurately Track IELTS faculty schedules and monitor student progress Maintain and update Excel sheets for Canadian colleges and universities Perform follow-up calls with clients as needed ensuring all communications are timely and well-documented 10 Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by management to support office operationsRequired Knowledge1 Basic understanding of student visa processes for various countries 2 Familiarity with IELTS testing procedures and requirements 3 Knowledge of general office procedures and use of office equipment 4 Awareness of cultural differences and international education systems
