Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle walk-in inquiries
  • Daily 80 to 100 new sales calls required (Lead provided by us)
  • Record and maintain accurate data of walk-in clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for walk-in clients
  • Guide clients to appropriate counselors based on their needs
  • Provide general administrative support, including scanning documents and coordinating courier services
  • Conduct follow-up calls with walk-in clients and IELTS students and record the same
  • Track IELTS faculty schedules and student progress
  • Maintain and update Excel sheets for Canadian colleges and universities
  • Perform follow-up calls with clients as needed
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by management

Required Qualification & Skills:

  • Graduation in any specialization is compulsory
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Only Female Candidate is prefer for this role

CTC: 20 to 25K

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel & Word, Mail Drafting is must
