We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Agent to join our team at Kiotel Hospitality Private Limited. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels or restaurants.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring prompt and efficient response to guests' needs.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve high performance standards.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in handling guest complaints and resolving issues efficiently.
