- Office Operations:Managing administrative tasks like scheduling meetings, coordinating office supplies, and maintaining front office records.
- Customer Service:Providing excellent customer service and resolving queries to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Computer & Clerical Duties:Using computers for tasks like data entry, operating office equipment, and managing files.
Skills & Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and potentially other local languages.
- Computer Proficiency: Competence in using computers, particularly MS Office applications.
- Customer Service Orientation: A friendly, personable, and customer-focused approach.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Professional Demeanor: A presentable and professional appearance to maintain the company's image.
