Responsibilities :

- Assist the Business Development Executives in various tasks related to Sales & Marketing.

- Assist in generating leads for the business.

- Manage inquiries from diverse platforms such as Website, IndiaMart, Trade India, Telephonic, and social media.

- Keep track of inquiries received and follow-up status.

- Communicate proficiently in English over email and phone.

- Possess basic knowledge and understanding of beauty & personal care product manufacturing.

- Conduct internet research for product and market details; compile reports as instructed by the Department Head.

- Assist Business Development Executive in preparing product and packaging samples, maintain a track of samples provided, and update recipients about courier details.

- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the efficient and timely processing of client orders.

- Maintain various documents and excel sheets as instructed by the Team Leader or department head.

Qualifications :

- Graduate in marketing, Sales, Pharmacy. Graduates from other streams with required skills may apply.

- Basic understanding of cosmetics product manufacturing and packaging.

- Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

- Competency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

- Strong communication skills on email and phone.

- Ability to take follow-ups and complete tasks on time.
