Senior People Strategy Manager

As the Senior People Strategy Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization in India. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns seamlessly with our overall business objectives.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that drive organizational success.
  • Lead a team of HR professionals to foster a high-performance culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
  • Champion employee engagement and ensure a positive and inclusive work environment that empowers our people to thrive.

You will be an integral part of our dynamic and P&C APAC team, collaborating closely with business leaders to drive our ambitious growth plans in the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development.
  • Partner with business leaders to provide HR guidance and support.
  • Provide strategic leadership and effective management to the Human Resources team in India.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in HR leadership roles, preferably in a multinational organization. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
