Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner

Our organization seeks a seasoned strategic leader to drive both the HR Business Partner function and Total Rewards for our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business alignment, strategic advisory capability, and a data-driven approach to compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior management to shape and deliver a people strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on org design, talent planning, leadership development, and workforce strategy.
  • Drive initiatives across engagement, retention, and succession planning.
  • Lead change management efforts and support transformation programs from a people and culture lens.
  • Lead the design, benchmarking, and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies.
  • Partner with external consultants and internal stakeholders on C&B surveys, market benchmarking, and pay parity reviews.
  • Own and execute the performance appraisal cycle.
  • Ensure reward programs are compliant, consistent, and aligned with company values and business goals.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and other teams to ensure reward frameworks meet business and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience with exposure to both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Strong experience in partnering with business leaders, preferably in high growth or fast-paced environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with data and analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B-school.
