We are seeking a Senior Human Resources professional to lead our organization's Human Resources function. Key responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process, designing organizational policies and setting objectives for the HR team. Responsibilities

  • Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
  • Design and implement policies that promote a positive work environment
  • Develop compensation and benefits plans
  • Support improvements to the entire recruitment process
  • Host in-house recruitment events
  • Discuss employees' career development paths with managers
  • Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
  • Review departmental performance indicators
  • Organize learning and development programs
  • Ensure timely resolution of employee requests and grievances
  • Maintain compliant HR procedures

Requirements and qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with HR Management Software
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Leadership skills
  • Foster healthy employee relations
