Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic HR leader to drive operational excellence and manage senior HR leaders across multiple sites.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and be instrumental in shaping the HR operations framework aligned with the company's long-term goals.

  • Manage end-to-end HR Operations across the organization
  • Lead and mentor Site HR Heads and Corporate HR teams
  • Implement and govern HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
  • Oversee Employee Life Cycle Management, including onboarding, transfers, exits, and documentation
  • Strengthen and scale HRIS systems, workflows, and reporting mechanisms
  • Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance across all HR functions
  • Handle grievance redressal, workplace practices, and policy implementation
  • Define and implement best practices in HR operations to enhance efficiency, standardization, and employee experience
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership and business heads

Qualifications:

  • MBA in HR from top-tier institutes
  • 20+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations within large organizations

Required Skills:

  • Experience managing multi-location HR teams and high-scale operations
  • Deep understanding of HR systems, compliance, labor laws, process design, and execution
  • Ability to work at a strategic level while managing complex operational details
  • Experience reporting to CXO/CHRO-level leadership
