Human Capital Management Professionals are highly sought after in today's fast-paced business environment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing absence and time-off processes using Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure Absence and OTL modules of Oracle HCM Cloud to meet client needs.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Fast Formulas and implement them accordingly.
  • Work on Vanilla implementation, Personalizations/work-arounds, Reports/integrations/enhancements to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Create proposals and respond to RFPs, showcasing expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • Provide training and knowledge sharing sessions in Fusion applications to enhance skills.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in Functional areas of work, with a minimum of 3 years in Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • Proficiency in understanding client requirements and mapping them with delivered features of the product.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good command over spoken & written English to communicate complex ideas clearly.
