Job Description:

The Data Analytics team plays a pivotal role in delivering the bank's vision by providing accurate and timely data insights to drive personalized product offerings.

The team collaborates closely with various stakeholders, including business units, functional teams, technology teams, and external partners to achieve key business metrics through data-driven automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transforming processes using AI-led automation.
  • Identifying and hiring high-quality analysts.
  • Coordinating with multiple stakeholders to automate manual and repetitive activities.

Objective:

  • Automating activities requiring limited human intelligence.
  • Working with the Data Engineering team to ensure required data is available in the Datalake.
  • Using Gen AI-based solutions to automate activities requiring some human intelligence.
  • Utilizing traditional solutions to automate activities without human intelligence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Analytical Thinking: 8-10 years of relevant experience.

Problem-Solving Skills: Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of coding languages.
