Marketing Transformation Lead - Data-Driven Growth

The role of Marketing Transformation Lead – Data-Driven Growth requires a seasoned professional with expertise in integrating MarTech capabilities with robust data analytics to drive marketing transformation and accelerate growth, customer engagement, and ROI. This position involves defining and leading the integrated MarTech and data analytics roadmap in alignment with business goals.

  • Drive performance marketing efficiency through the integration of Salesforce platforms and tools.
  • Lead implementation and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Build and manage marketing automation frameworks using CRM and customer data platforms.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic and analytical thinker with strong execution capability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with business and tech teams to drive measurable outcomes. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leveraging analytics and BI tools to deliver actionable insights and driving use of predictive analytics for lead scoring, customer segmentation, and churn prediction.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • 8–12 years of experience in MarTech, CRM, and Data Analytics roles.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, and CDP platforms.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of marketing automation, web analytics (GA4), Tableau, and data storytelling.
  • Experience working with ML models in marketing contexts: lead scoring, segmentation, and churn prediction.
