**Job Title:** Sales Operations Analytics Manager

Overview: As a skilled sales operations analytics professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by leveraging data insights to inform strategic decisions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards, reports, and analytical models to monitor key sales metrics, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights on merchant acquisition, retention, growth, and regional performance.
  • Strategic Insights & Recommendations: Analyze sales data, market trends, and workflows to identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains, and revenue expansion. Present clear and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Forecasting & Planning Support: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop accurate forecasting, capacity planning, and target setting models using statistical methods, historical data, and market intelligence.
  • Data Infrastructure & Tools: Partner with data engineering and BI teams to ensure seamless data accuracy, accessibility, and scalability. Utilize SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) for efficient data extraction and presentation.
  • Sales Funnel Optimization: Analyze funnel performance, conversion rates, and sales cycle efficiency to identify bottlenecks and recommend targeted process enhancements.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis to address specific business questions and provide timely, data-driven insights for critical decisions.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory Skills: Strong expertise in SQL, advanced experience with Tableau (dashboarding, reporting, visual analytics), proficiency in Python for data manipulation/transformations (DataFrames, Pandas, NumPy), and experience in sales operations (Salesforce CRM preferred).
  • Additional Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in sales operations analytics or related field, excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving abilities.
