**Job Opportunity: IT Sourcing Specialist - Infrastructure Hiring
Are you a seasoned talent sourcing professional with expertise in IT infrastructure recruitment? We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as an IT Sourcing Specialist.
- As an IT Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top IT infrastructure talent through various channels, including job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and creative sourcing strategies.
- You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role priorities and deliver on aggressive timelines, ensuring that the right candidates are screened for skills, cultural fit, and compensation alignment.
- Furthermore, you will track, analyze, and improve sourcing performance using data and insights, driving continuous growth and innovation in our talent acquisition processes.
**Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, specifically in IT infrastructure hiring
- Proven ability to manage high-volume mandates and tight turnarounds
- Mastery of Boolean search and hands-on experience with ATS, sourcing tools, and CRM platforms
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience in IT services, SaaS, or tech recruitment is a plus
