We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Support professional to provide exceptional assistance to our users. As the first point of contact, you will ensure every customer receives a personalized and seamless experience on our astrology app.
Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for responding promptly to customer inquiries via chat, calls, and email regarding app usage, account issues, payments, and services. You will also provide empathetic guidance and support for users seeking help with astrology-related sessions and app features. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
Requirements- A Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration, Communication).
- 1-3 years' experience in customer support/executive roles (preferably app or tech industry).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- An empathetic, patient, customer-first mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, ZOHO) preferred.
- The willingness to work in flexible shifts as per business needs.
