About the Role:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer journey through effective handling of customer calls, follow-ups, issue resolution, and feedback collection via emails, calls, and chat channels.
  • Manage logistics and order management with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Analyze and act on customer feedback to improve overall customer experience.
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to grasp logistics and order management.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work well in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or logistics role.
