We're on the lookout for a seasoned professional to lead our Customer Support and Success functions, driving customer satisfaction and success across our platform.

As a Customer Success Lead, you'll be responsible for managing a team of support agents, onboarding specialists, and customer success members to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers. You'll need to stay up-to-date with our products and services, address complex customer issues, and collaborate with our development team to resolve problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team to ensure customers receive outstanding support and experience
  • Develop deep understanding of our products to assist customers with queries and troubleshooting
  • Lead CS Ops and processes to identify opportunities for productivity and customer experience improvement
  • Effectively document customer interactions and feedback
  • Collaborate with the development team to resolve complex customer issues
  • Identify recurring customer queries and proactively work towards creating solutions and FAQs
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and new features to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Previous experience of managing a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
  • Patience and empathy to handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions
  • Proactive problem-solving skills to address customer issues efficiently
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Shopify and/or Shopify Apps
  • Familiarity with customer support tools, especially Crisp
  • Basic technical knowledge to troubleshoot and assist customers with software-related queries
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
  • Prior experience in a customer support role is a plus
